Vincent Arcand of Stevensville, MD was arrested in 2015 following a several month investigation by the Queen Anne’s County Narcotics Task Force. Police executed a search and seizure warrant on a residence occupied by Arcand and found several marijuana plants growing inside the residence.
Arcand was found guilty in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court of conspiring to distribute marijuana and was subsequently sentenced to 5 years in jail with all but 6 months suspended. He will serve the 6 months jail term at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center. Upon his release from jail, Arcand will be placed on 24 months supervised probation.
