State’s Attorney, Lance Richardson, announces the hiring of a new Assistant State’s Attorney, Chelsea Endzel.  Chelsea was sworn in by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Katherine Hager, at a ceremony in the Circuit Court courtroom on December 20th, 2018. (Photo Left).

Chelsea was hired to fill a prosecutor vacancy within the office and she brings several years of prosecution experience with her.
