On October 5, 2017, Darren Lizer was arrested and charged with Distributing heroin to an undercover law enforcement officer. He pled guilty to Distribution of heroin on February 13, 2018 and sentencing was deferred until April 3, 2018.  At the sentencing hearing Mr. Lizer received a sentence of 10 years with all but 18 months suspended in favor of supervised probation.  Prior to this conviction, Mr. Lizer had no criminal record.

On October 10, 2017, Colin Crawford-Goldsboro was arrested and charged with distributing heroin to an undercover law enforcement officer. He pled guilty to distribution of heroin on February 13, 2018 and sentencing was deferred until April 3, 2018.  At the sentencing hearing Mr. Goldsboro received a sentence of 20 years with all but 5 years suspended.  Following his release from incarceration he will be on supervised probation.
