After a trial in the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County, Harris Clark Green, of Spanish Fort, Alabama, was convicted of stalking, harassment, trespassing, and possession a loaded handgun in a vehicle. He was subsequently sentenced to 21 months to serve at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center. He also received 5 years of suspended jail time and was placed on 5 years probation upon his release from custody.
In the summer of 2022, Green, who was then a resident of Texas, believed himself to be in a romantic relationship with Enna Saffos, a social media influencer with ties to Centreville, MD. After sending Ms. Saffos thousands of unanswered, erratic, and threatening messages on Instagram, on August 10, 2022, Green traveled from Texas to Centreville with the belief that Ms. Saffos was in Centreville. He arrived at her parents’ home with a loaded handgun in his vehicle. Mr. Green was apprehended by the Centreville Police Department upon his arrival and remains at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center until he has served his imposed sentence. Upon his release, the probation will be transferred to his home state.
Deputy State’s Attorney Leigh Dillon prosecuted this case.
