On September 18, 2015, Kenneth Duane Joyce, 42 of Chester, MD, appeared in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court and entered a guilty plea to Indecent Exposure.  The plea was based on an incident which occurred on May 6, 2015 in which the Defendant exposed himself to a teenager in the Sherman Way apartments in Chester, Maryland.

Mr. Joyce has a lengthy criminal record and was sentenced to 30 months in the Division of Corrections.  This sentence is consecutive to two other criminal matters in which Joyce is already serving prison time.  Upon his release from incarceration, Joyce will be on supervised probation for three years.

This matter was prosecuted by Christine Dulla Rickard, Deputy State’s Attorney.
