William Eric Legg of Centreville, MD was arrested in June 2015 after police executed a search and seizure warrant on Legg’s apartment stemming from an investigation into drug offenses taking place at the residence. Legg claimed ownership of the narcotics located within the residence during the search of the home.
On October 28, 2015 Legg appeared in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court and entered a plea of guilty to possession of heroin as a subsequent offender. He was sentenced to six years in the Division of Corrections. During his sentencing hearing Legg advised the Court that he had a long standing addiction to drugs.
