A Centreville man entered a plea of guilty to Felony Theft Scheme and Fourth Degree Burglary in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court on February 20, 2015.  Robert Walls, 38, was charged in two separate cases that occurred in 2014.  Walls was originally charged in a theft scheme in which he stole multiple items belonging to his employer during the periods of March through August of 2014.  Walls was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration, which the Court suspended, and was ordered to pay in excess of $8,000 in restitution. Walls also charged in a September 2014 burglary in which he broke into the residence of a relative and stole items from within the residence.  Walls was ordered by the Court to serve 9 months of incarceration related to the burglary offense.  Following his release from incarceration Walls will be placed on supervised probation.
