On January 15, 2015, Joshua McGrath (18) from Chestertown, MD, entered a plea of guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Second Degree Burglary in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court.  The plea agreement stemmed from a breaking and entering of a vacant home in August of 2014.  The Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation and determined that McGrath and several other individuals were responsible for the break-in.

McGrath received a one year suspended jail sentence and was placed on 36 months probation.
