State’s Attorney Lance Richardson has added a new Assistant State’s Attorney to his team of prosecutors.  Michael Cogan, who is a retired Assistant State’s Attorney from Anne Arundel County, brings in excess of 25 years of prosecution experience along with him.

Cogan is a resident of Queen Anne’s County and officially began his duties in Queen Anne’s County on July 10th, 2019.
