On October 14, 2014 Mr. Richardson participated in the groundbreaking ceremony  at the site of the new County Complex building, which is scheduled to begin construction this month.  The complex will be located across from the Queen Anne’s County High School and is scheduled to house Planning and Zoning, Board of Elections and the Office of the State’s Attorney.  Construction is expected to be completed in December 2015.   Mr. Richardson’s Chief of Staff, Rob Penny, also attended this event.
