Amanda Ralosky, 30 of Dover, Delaware, appeared in the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court on September 22, 2015 and entered a plea of guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.  The guilty plea was based on a February 28, 2015 incident in which Ms. Ralosky, along with three other individuals, arranged to meet the victim at the Royal Farms on Rt. 213 and Rt. 544 in Chestertown, Maryland in order to conduct a drug transaction.  During the course of the drug transaction, the victim was assaulted at gun point by a co-defendant, placed into a vehicle and driven to several locations before being returned to Queen Anne’s County and was able to escape.  During the course of the kidnapping, the victim was bound with duct tape and repeatedly beaten by the co-defendant.

Ralosky, upon her arrest, cooperated with authorities and ultimately testified in a two day jury trial against the co-defendant, Robert Lloyd Porter, III.  Porter was subsequently convicted of First Degree Assault, Kidnapping and The Use of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

Ralosky was sentenced to 15 years in prison.  She was ordered to serve 90 days at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center and the remainder of the sentence was suspended.  Upon her release from jail, Ralosky will be placed on five years of supervised probation.
